A: Absolutely not. We only stock top-tier, first-quality Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), often with a thicker wear layer and better core than what you'll find at retail giants. The difference is our low-overhead, high-turnover model.

• We Buy Direct & In Volume: We bypass multiple layers of distributors, brokers, and regional warehouses. We buy container-loads directly from the manufacturer.

• We Cut the Retail Overhead: We operate out of our warehouse at 163 Old Todds Rd, Suite 100 Lexington, KY 40509. This means we don't have a massive, expensive showroom, a huge sales staff, or a multi-million-dollar advertising budget.

Q: How does your product quality compare to what I see at a place like Home Depot or Lowe's?

A: Our LVP is typically professional-grade. When comparing our product to what you see at Home Depot or Lowe's, ask about two key specs:

1. The Wear Layer (measured in 'mil'): This is the clear protective coating on top.

   • Big Box entry-level LVP often has a 6 to 12 mil wear layer.

   • Our core stock LVP typically features a 20 mil+ wear layer, making it suitable for both heavy residential traffic and light commercial use. A thicker wear layer means significantly better scratch and scuff resistance and longer life.

2. The Core (SPC vs. WPC): We primarily stock rigid SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) core LVP, which provides superior dent resistance and stability against temperature changes compared to many entry-level WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) or traditional vinyl options.

A: No. You can buy exactly what you need. However, we do offer additional, often tiered discounts for high-volume purchases (like full pallets) because it aligns with our high-turnover model and reduces our inventory handling.
